Return Window
You may return eligible items within 60 days from the date of delivery. We believe this generous timeframe gives you ample opportunity to try on your dress and ensure it meets your expectations.
Return Condition Requirements
To be eligible for a return, all items must be in their original, unworn, and unaltered condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
Returns will not be accepted if there are signs of wear, damage, alterations, or missing components. If your item came with accessories (e.g., belts, veils, jewelry), these must also be included in the return package.
How to Initiate a Return

Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return. Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and the return shipping address.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect item or defective product).

Refund Process
