    1. E-Gift Cards are not physical cards. They are delivered by email and will be received by the end of the next working day.
    2. Instructions on how to redeem the value will be in the confirmation email and at the checkout.
    3. Discount codes cannot be used towards the purchase of a Gift card.
    4. E-gift cards purchased online or in-store are non-refundable.

    5. If an order purchased with a Gift Card is returned the value will be refunded into the Gift Card balance and will be available for a future purchase.
    6. Gift Cards will only be valid on the Bluebella webstore they have been purchased from i.e. UK/US/AUS.
    7. Gift cards have no additional processing fees.
